How to Change Your Voucher

If your booking has been confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone one day before the tour begins.
If the tour operator does not contact you during this time, please reach out to the tour operator using the phone number provided on your voucher.
If you choose the hotel pick-up service, please enter the hotel name, room number, and other important information in the “Special Requests” field before making your payment.
Please be present at the pick-up point at the designated time. If you are not on time, you will not be able to join the tour, and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another day, you may request to reschedule for a different date.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please show your valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 24 hours before your selected departure date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 24 hours before your selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, coupons and or unique code bank transfer fees

General Information

Children must be accompanied by adults.
In the event of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Customers will have the option to change the tour date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must adhere to the itinerary and instructions of the tour leader.
The itinerary may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not on time at the pick-up point, you will not be able to participate in the tour, and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another day, you may request to reschedule for a different date.
The transportation and meals may change.
The tour operator will substitute these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the itinerary.
Meals and menus may change based on availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs. However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals provided will accommodate your special dietary requirements.

Pick up at hotel and transfer to Nha Trang port, start the excursion with Emperor Cruises.

05:30 pm - 06:30 pm

You will be welcomed by our staff and enjoy a delicious and refreshing cocktail. The experience director will then introduce Nha Trang Bay, the itinerary, the culture, the cuisine, the safety instructions, and the Emperor Cruises. The ship will begin to move and you will be able to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Nha Trang Bay at sunset.

06:00 pm - 08:30 pm

Explore Nha Trang Bay at night with cocktails and fine wines, unlimited drinks and a guitar and violinist playing melodious music in a romantic setting under the stars, moonlight and the city lights.
Experience the pleasant feeling of enjoying a sumptuous dinner with music and attentive service from Emperor Cruises staff.

08:30 pm - 09:00 pm

End the romantic dinner and continue to enjoy drinks and cocktails in the lounge or on the deck before the ship returns to Nha Trang port and the car will take you back to the hotel.
