Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City – City Exploration | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Lunch)
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, our tour guide will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the city center.
12:00 pm – Enjoy a hearty lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnam’s iconic “Pho” (Chicken or Beef Noodles).
Ho Chi Minh City Hall & Nguyen Hue Walking Street: Discover the heart of Ho Chi Minh City as you stroll through the grand city hall and vibrant Nguyen Hue Street, a lively pedestrian-friendly hub filled with shops and cafes.
The Coffee Apartment: Step inside this iconic 9-floor building, a favorite for coffee lovers. Where each floor hosts unique cafes offering authentic Vietnamese coffee.
Pink Church (Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus): This striking pink structure, built in the Romanesque style, stands out as one of the most Instagram-worthy spots in the city. With its intricate design and pastel color, the Pink Church is a symbol of peace amidst the bustling city.
Saigon Central Post Office & Notre Dame Cathedral: Marvel at these two French-colonial structures built in the late 19th century. The post office features high-vaulted ceilings and ornate decorations, while Notre Dame Cathedral impresses with twin bell towers and a distinctly European aesthetic.
Ben Thanh Night Market: In the evening, you’re free to explore the vibrant Ben Thanh Night Market. Known for its colorful stalls, delicious street food, and bustling atmosphere, this market is the perfect place to experience local culture and pick up unique souvenirs.
Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels – Dinner Cruise on Saigon River | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
8:30 am – Cu Chi Tunnels: Embark on a journey to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, located just 60 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City. This legendary site played a crucial role in the Vietnam War. Showcasing the resilience and ingenuity of the Vietnamese people. The 220-kilometer tunnel system is a powerful symbol of Vietnam’s history.
Peaceful Countryside: Along the way, enjoy views of tranquil rice paddies. Water buffalo, and small rural homes that dot the landscape. This is a perfect glimpse into the countryside life surrounding Cu Chi.
War Artifacts: Wander through areas that bear the marks of fierce battles, witnessing remnants of war. You’ll even have the chance to experience a firing range where you can try shooting an AK-47, M16, or M30 (optional, self-payment).
12:30 pm – Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then return to your hotel to rest.
5:30 pm – Dinner Cruise on Saigon River: In the evening, we’ll pick you up for a memorable night as you embark on a scenic dinner cruise along the Saigon River. Dine under the stars while taking in the city’s shimmering lights reflecting off the water, a beautiful and romantic end to the day.
Day 3: Mekong Delta Adventure | Overnight in Can Tho (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
8:15 am – Departure to My Tho: We’ll depart from your hotel and head towards My Tho City, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. After a 1.5- to 2-hour journey, board a motorboat and begin exploring the scenic Mekong River.
Floating Fish Farms: See the traditional floating houses, where locals farm fish beneath their homes, a unique sight on the Mekong River.
Unicorn Island (Con Thoi Son): Ride a horse-drawn cart to a performance site, where you’ll enjoy traditional Southern Vietnamese music. “Đàn Ca Tài Tử,” recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Indulge in seasonal tropical fruits as you listen.
Rowboat through Coconut-lined Canals: Experience a peaceful ride on a hand-rowed sampan as you drift through lush coconut groves and narrow creeks, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery.
Bee Farm & Honey Tea: Visit a bee farm where you’ll be treated to a taste of honey tea. The farm, surrounded by greenery, is a great spot to see a traditional Mekong Delta home.
Coconut Candy Workshop: Witness the process of making coconut candies, a local specialty, and sample freshly made sweets from the factory.
3:00 pm – Arrival in Can Tho: After a scenic drive, check into your Can Tho hotel.
6:30 pm – Dinner & Free Time: Enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. Followed by free time to explore the Can Tho Night Market. Known for its bustling atmosphere, local crafts, and street food.
Day 4: Cai Rang Floating Market – Return to Ho Chi Minh City | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch)
6:00 am – Early Breakfast: Start your day with a quick breakfast at the hotel.
7:00 am – Cai Rang Floating Market: Board a motorboat to explore Cai Rang. The largest and most colorful floating market in the Mekong Delta. Vendors selling fruit, vegetables, and various goods from boats fill the river, creating a lively and photogenic scene.
Local Noodle-Making Village: Cruise through small creeks to a village renowned for its traditional noodle-making. Watch the process and taste the fresh noodles, a delicious staple of Vietnamese cuisine.
12:00 pm – Lunch and Return to Ho Chi Minh City: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh City, where you’ll check in to your hotel.
Evening: You’re free to spend the evening at leisure. Exploring Ho Chi Minh City one last time.
Day 5: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast)
7:20 am – Breakfast and Transfer: Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel before our driver transfers you to the airport for your departure. End of tour.
