How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.

Summary tour itinerary

Day 1: Arrival | City Tour | Dinner Cruise | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Lunch/Dinner).

When you arrive, Tour Guide will pick you up from airport and transfer to Ho Chi Minh City center.
Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese Beef Noodles “Pho” at a local restaurant.
– Visit Ho Chi Minh City Hall and Nguyen Hue walking Street.
– Visit Coffee Apartment and enjoy Vietnamese local coffee.
– Visit Pink Churck
– Visit Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral
Check in hotel and relax.
7:00pm Head to the port to embark the boat and enjoy Dinner Cruise on Saigon River.
9:30pm Return to hotel. Free time exploring Ben Thanh Night Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: HCMC - Mui Ne Sunset Tour | Overnight in MuiNe (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

We pick you up from your hotel and transfer to Mui Ne (~4 hours driving).
Reach Mui Ne. Enjoy Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, check in hotel and relax.
3:15PM We pick you up from your hotel for sightseeing.
– Visiting the Fairy Stream. Fairy Stream is a photography hotspot in Phan Thiet and Mui Ne due to its dramatic landscape of reds, whites, oranges and pinks.
– Visiting the Fishing Village, observing the daily lives of fishermen, morning catch is hauled to shore and women are busy sorting out the catch and fishing boats are lining up and waiting to depart.
– Visiting Red Sand Dunes, slopes are less steep than the White sand dunes, great opportunity for taking photo as red colour of the sand is great contrast to background scenery.
6:00pm Enjoying fresh BBQ Seafood Dinner.
You have free time in evening. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 3: Sunrise Tour - Ho Chi Minh City | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast / Lunch)

5:30am Tour guide and driver will pick you up from hotel lobby for Sunrise Tour.

– Visiting White sand dunes. At the top of the sand dune, catching the first sunrise of the day. Other activities can be taken: riding quad-bikes over sand dunes and ostriches riding (at own expense), sliding down sand dunes’ slopes with surfboards…

– After visiting White Sand Dunes we will transfer you back to hotel. Enjoy breakfast and free swimming time at the resort.
12:00pm Check out. Head back to Ho Chi Minh City after lunch.
5:00pm Check in hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 4: Mekong Delta | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/ Lunch).

8:15am Tour Guide and driver will pick you and depart from your hotel for My Tho city by air-conditioned car/van/bus. In My Tho, boarding the motorboat at a pier and cruising on the Mekong River. Here, overlooking floating houses where fishes are farmed beneath the house (viewing from the motorboat).
– Continuing the journey on the river until reaching Cồn Thới Sơn (Unicorn Island), from here taking a horse cart to reach a performance site where Vietnamese traditional music (Đàn Ca Tài Tử – A folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity) can be heard and seasonal tropical fruit can be tasted (included).
– Afterward, being on a small hand-rowing boat (the main mean of transportation in My Tho; Ben Tre) and slowly cruising through a small creek with beautiful overhanging coconut trees. Lives from both sides of the creek can be observed.
– Before heading to lunch, passing through bee-keeping farm and enjoying honey tea, a typical Mekong house can be viewed here.
12:30pm It is lunch time after a short walk.
– After lunch, boarding the motorboat and heading to learn coconut candies making process from a workshop. Sample of candies can be tasted.
03:00pm Returning to car/van/bus and head back to Ho Chi Minh City. Free night.

Day 5: Departure (Breakfast)

Driver will pick you up at your hotel 3 hours before your flight time to the airport. Tour ends.

Morning: Depart from your hotel and enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive to Mui Ne.
Arrival in Mui Ne: Check in at your hotel after a local lunch and relax.
Mui Ne Sightseeing Tour (Starts at 3:15 pm):

Fairy Stream: Walk along this picturesque stream surrounded by vibrant red, white, and orange sand, a hotspot for photography.
Fishing Village: Visit the fishing village to observe the daily life of local fishermen as they haul in their catch, and see boats lining up along the shore.
Red Sand Dunes: Capture photos at these dunes, where the red sand creates a striking contrast against the natural surroundings.

Dinner: Enjoy a fresh BBQ seafood dinner at a local restaurant.
Evening: Free time to explore Mui Ne. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 3: Mui Ne Sunrise Tour | Return to HCMC (Breakfast, Lunch)

Early Morning (5:30 am): Depart from your hotel for a sunrise tour of the White Sand Dunes.

White Sand Dunes: Reach the top of the dunes to witness a breathtaking sunrise. Here, you can also choose to ride quad-bikes, slide down the dunes, or even try ostrich riding (at your own expense).

Return to Hotel: After the dunes, head back to your hotel for breakfast and some free time for swimming or relaxation.
Check-Out & Lunch: Check out from your hotel at noon and enjoy lunch before starting the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Evening: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City around 5:00 PM. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 4: Mekong Delta Adventure(Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning (8:15 am): Pick-up from your hotel for a day trip to the Mekong Delta, heading to My Tho city by air-conditioned vehicle.
Mekong River Tour:

Motorboat Cruise: Board a motorboat at the pier and begin cruising on the Mekong River. You’ll pass by floating houses where fish are farmed beneath the homes.
Unicorn Island (Cồn Thới Sơn): Disembark and take a horse cart ride to a performance site where you’ll enjoy Đàn Ca Tài Tử, traditional Vietnamese folk music recognized by UNESCO, and sample seasonal tropical fruits.

Hand-Rowing Boat Ride: Experience a traditional hand-rowing boat ride through a coconut creek, with views of lush coconut trees lining the waterway.
Bee Farm Visit: Visit a local bee farm to taste honey tea and learn about the honey – making process.
Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Mekong Delta lunch at a riverside restaurant.
Coconut Candy Workshop: After lunch, take a short boat ride to a workshop to see the process of making coconut candies. You’ll have a chance to sample some delicious candies.
