How to exchange a voucher

If your booking has been confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone 1 day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you within this time frame, please contact the tour operator using the phone number provided on your voucher.
If you choose the hotel pickup service, please enter your hotel name, room number, and other important information in the “Special Requests” field before making the payment.
Please be present at the pickup location at the specified time. If you are not on time at the pickup point, you will not be allowed to join the tour and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another date, you may request to reschedule for another tour date.
When the vehicle arrives, please present your valid Let’s Fly Travel confirmation email on your phone to the staff.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before your selected travel date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 24 hours before the selected travel date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, discount vouchers, and/or unique bank transfer fees.
