How to redeem your voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone 1 day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you within that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up, please enter your hotel name and room number along with other important information in the “Special
Requests” box before making payment.
Please arrive at the pick-up point at the specified time. If you are not at the pick-up point on time, you will not be allowed to join the tour and your booking will be cancelled.
If the tour operator agrees and there are seats available on another day, you can request to join the tour on another day.
When the car arrives to pick you up, please show your valid Let’s Fly Travel confirmation email on your phone to the staff.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 24 hours before your selected departure date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 24 hours before your selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, coupons and or unique code bank transfer fees

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled and guests will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date. Guests will be given the option to change the tour departure date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader.
The schedule may change depending on external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not present at the pick-up point on time, you will not be allowed to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is space on another day, you may request to arrange for yourself to join the tour on another day.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type and standard specified in the itinerary.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will make every effort to prepare fresh, delicious meals that meet everyone’s needs. However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that meals will meet your dietary requirements.
