The car and tour guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart to the Ponagar Tower to admire the ancient architecture built in the 8th century by ancient Champa artisans…
Ponagar Tower is a temple located on top of a small hill about 50 meters above sea level. At the mouth of the Cai River, about 2 km north of Nha Trang city center.

You walk to Bong bridge ferry to board a cruise on Cai river.

09:45 AM

The boat takes you to the river mouth to visit Tran Phu bridge to enjoy the scenery and learn about the life of fishermen. You stop at Coconut Islet to enjoy fresh coconut juice picked directly from the tree.

10:15 AM

Continuing the river cruise, you will stop at an ancient house built in the 19th century. Here you will see the owner’s wood carvings and sculptures and enjoy homegrown fruits.

11:00 AM

You get on the bus to continue to visit the countryside and stop at Chieu village to see the artisans weaving mats. You can try weaving mats and take pictures.
The highlight of the stop at Phu Vinh ancient village is to visit the craft villages along the Cai River. Visit the place where clay kilns are made and traditional mat weaving. Lu Cam pottery village, Ngoc Hiep commune has been in business for over a hundred years, once a prosperous place with many different pottery products, now there are only six households still making clay kilns. If you like, visitors can join in to become a kiln worker and try making pottery through stages such as stuffing, putting clay into molds, using a turntable to shape… to shape a beautiful clay kiln yourself.
