How to Change Your Voucher

If your booking has been confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone one day before the tour begins.
If the tour operator does not contact you during this time, please reach out to the tour operator using the phone number provided on your voucher.
If you choose the hotel pick-up service, please enter the hotel name, room number, and other important information in the “Special Requests” field before making your payment.
Please be present at the pick-up point at the designated time. If you are not on time, you will not be able to join the tour, and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another day, you may request to reschedule for a different date.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please show your valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 24 hours before your selected departure date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 24 hours before your selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, coupons and or unique code bank transfer fees

General Information

Children must be accompanied by adults.
In the event of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Customers will have the option to change the tour date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must adhere to the itinerary and instructions of the tour leader.
The itinerary may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you are not on time at the pick-up point, you will not be able to participate in the tour, and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another day, you may request to reschedule for a different date.
The transportation and meals may change.
The tour operator will substitute these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the itinerary.
Meals and menus may change based on availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs. However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals provided will accommodate your special dietary requirements.

Pick up at hotel and transfer to Nha Trang port, start the trip with Emperor Cruise.

08:45 AM - 09:00 AM

You will board the ship with the welcome of the experience director and staff along with a delicious and cool cocktail. Then the experience director will introduce Nha Trang Bay, the local people, cuisine, culture, the on-board guide, Emperor Bao Dai…etc while the ship moves for you to admire the beautiful seascape of Nha Trang Bay.

09:00 AM - 09:30 AM

The ship continues to move through Hon Tam, Hon Mot and the destination will be Emperor Cruise’s beach on Bai Mini for you to participate in activities at sea.

09:30 AM - 11:h30 AM

At Mini Beach, visitors will have special experiences for sea activities including: Swimming, sunbathing, kayaking and enjoying drinks and fresh fruit on the beach. In addition, you can relax on the sun loungers and watch Nha Trang Bay under the blue water.
At the beach, you can also play water sports activities such as scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat (with additional charge)

11:30 AM - 02:00 PM

After playing at the beach, you return to the boat to enjoy a sumptuous and sumptuous lunch with many seafood specialties of Nha Trang. After lunch, visitors can participate in fishing activities on the boat.
