How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader
The schedule may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the guide arrives, you will not be able to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the route.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs.
However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals in the program meet your special diet.

Summary tour itinerary

Day 1

Morning: Tour Guide will pick you up from airport and transfer to Ho Chi Minh City center.

Noon: Have lunch with Vietnamese Beef Noodles “Pho” at a local restaurant.

Visit Ho Chi Minh City Hall – Nguyen Hue walking Street – Visit Coffee Apartment – Visit Pink Churck – Post Office – Notre Dame Cathedral

Evening: You have free time to visit Ben Thanh Night market nearby hotel.

Day 2

Morning: We pick you up from the airport and transfer to Mui Ne (~4 hours driving).

Noon: Have lunch at local restaurant. Then, check in hotel and relax.

03:15 PM: We pick you up from your hotel for sightseeing.

Visiting the Fairy Stream – Fishing Village – Red Sand Dunes

06:00 PM: Enjoying fresh BBQ Seafood Dinner at a local restaurant.

You have free time in evening. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 3

05:30 AM: Tour guide and driver will pick you up from hotel lobby for Sunrise Tour.

Visiting White sand dunes, other activities can be taken: Riding quad-bikes over sand dunes and ostriches riding (at own expense), sliding down sand dunes’ slopes with surfboards…

Then, we will transfer you back to hotel. Enjoy breakfast and free swimming time at the resort.

12:00 PM: Check out. Head back to Ho Chi Minh City after lunch.

05:00 PM: Check in hotel in Ho Chi Minh CityC. Free time exploring Ben Thanh Night Market.

Day 4

07:30 AM: We will depart from your hotel to Vung Tau city.

10:00 AM: Arriving in Vung Tau and enjoying free time at Thuy Van beach (Back beach)

Then, we have authentic Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, we visit Jesus Christ Statue – Thang Tam Temple (Whale Temple)- Bach Dinh – Cape Nghinh Phong

05:00 PM: We come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5

After breakfast we will pick you up and transfer you to the airport. Tour ends.

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Tour | Overnight in HCM (Lunch)

Morning: When you arrive, Tour Guide will pick you up from airport and transfer to Ho Chi Minh city center.

Noon: Have lunch with Vietnamese Beef Noodles “Pho” at a local restaurant.

Visit Ho Chi Minh City Hall and Nguyen Hue walking Street. Then you will go to Coffee Apartment, enjoy local Vietnamese coffee.

Pink Churck is one of the largest, most famous and beautiful architectural works of Ho Chi Minh City. The church was built in the mid-19th century with European architectural style decorated with unique pink features.

Saigon Central Post Office is notable for its perfect combination of neo-classical European architecture and Asian decorations

Notre Dame Cathedral built in classical French architecture, it has important cultural, historical and religious significance.

Evening: You have free time to visit Ben Thanh Night market nearby hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mui Ne Sunset Tour | Overnight in MuiNe (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Morning: We pick you up from the airport and transfer to Mui Ne (~4 hours driving).

Noon: Have lunch at local restaurant. Then, check in hotel and relax.

03:15 PM: We pick you up from your hotel for sightseeing.

Visiting the Fairy Stream is a photography hotspot in Phan Thiet and Mui Ne due to its dramatic landscape of reds, whites, oranges and pinks.

The Fishing Village, observing the daily lives of fishermen, morning catch is hauled to shore and women are busy sorting out the catch and fishing boats are lining up and waiting to depart.

Red Sand Dunes, slopes are less steep than the White sand dunes, great opportunity for taking photo as red colour of the sand is great contrast to background scenery.

06:00 PM: Enjoying fresh BBQ Seafood Dinner at a local restaurant.

Evening: You have free time. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 3: Sunrise Tour – Ho Chi Minh City | Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast / Lunch)

05:30 AM: Tour guide and driver will pick you up from hotel lobby for Sunrise Tour.

Visiting White Sand Dunes, catching the first sunrise of the day. Other activities can be taken: Riding quad-bikes over sand dunes and ostriches riding (at own expense), sliding down sand dunes’ slopes with surfboards…

Then we will transfer you back to hotel. Enjoy breakfast and free swimming time at the resort.

12:00 PM: Check out. Head back to Ho Chi Minh City after lunch.

05:00 PM: Check in hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time exploring Ben Thanh Night Market.

Day 4: Vung Tau Full Day Tour (Breakfast, Lunch).

07:30 AM: We will depart from your hotel to Vung Tau city.

10:00 AM: Arriving in Vung Tau and enjoying free time at Thuy Van beach (Back beach) – One of the nicest beaches in Vietnam with the shore runs for almost 10km, full with fine sands and white waves.

Then, we have authentic Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we visit Jesus Christ Statue by walking up the 847 stairs and meeting the 32 meter-tall (105 feet) statue of Jesus Christ. Considered one of the tallest statues of Christ in Asia, its outstretched arms span a little over 18.4 meters. Originally started in 1972 but the construction was only completed in 1993. The adventurous are welcome to climb to the top of inside Christ’ arms and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Vung Tau city.

The second destination is Thang Tam Temple (Whale Temple). The temple displays the bones which came to symbolize the protector deity of the coast. Now, each time a carcass of a whale washes ashore, the bones are ceremonially hauled to the mausoleum.

We also discovery the Vung Tau’s nicest colonial era mansion – Bach Dinh. It was built as a retreat for French Governor of Indochina Paul Doumer at the beginning of the 20th century.

Cape Nghinh Phong is final sight before we leave this beautiful coastal city. The Cape is the cliff of Vung Tau and has unobstructed views of Vung Tau City as well as the East Sea.

05:00 PM: We come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (Breakfast)

After breakfast we will pick you up and transfer you to the airport. Tour ends
