How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the guide arrives, you will not be able to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the route.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs.
However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals in the program meet your special diet.

Day 1: Da Lat Arrival | City Tour | Overnight in Da Lat (Lunch,Dinner)

Tour Guide & Driver pick you up from Da Lat Airport.
Transfer to Dat Lat city (35 minutes) for lunch.
Visit Dalat Railway Station. It was designed in 1932 by French architects Moncet and Reveron, and opened in 1938.
Stairways to Heaven, Linh Phuoc Pagoda.
Visit Hydrangea Flower Farm which is often planted on the hillside, is very large.
Visit Xuan Huong Lake, Doha Coffee, Big C Supermarket.
6:00PM Have dinner at a local restaurant.
Visit Night market.

Day 2: Da Lat Countryside Tour | Overnight in Da Lat (Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner)

7:30AM Enjoy breakfast at hotel.
8:30AM Tour Guide picks you up from hotel lobby.
Visit Datanla Waterfall. Enjoy Bustling scenic spot with a small series of waterfalls, a roller coaster, cablecar & hiking trails.
Visit Tuyen Lam Lake. Set on top of a hill shrouded in pine forest, it’s a pleasure to take a quiet stroll through the grounds which are full of exceptionally pretty gardens.
Visit Domaine de Marie, the church is located atop a hill in Dalat. It is built in a style reminiscent of 17th Century French architecture, there have a lovely garden in the back yard and have a good view from the hill.
12:00PM Lunch at a local restaurant.
Visit Crazy House. It is a joyously designed, outrageously artistic private home.
Visit Hoa Son Dien Trang – The only primary forest in Dalat city.
Visit Van Thanh Flower Village, where thousands of flowers and vegetables are grown.

Day 3: Da Lat - Nha Trang City Tour | Overnight in Nha Trang (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

7:30AM: Enjoy breakfast at hotel.
8:30AM: Check out and go for the city tour.
– Visit Nha Trang Cathedral. Locally known as the stone church or Nui Church.
– Visit Po Nagar Cham Tower. Commonly known as Thap Ba, the Po Nagar Cham Towers are a complex of temples erected approximately before 781 A.D.
– Visit Long Son Pagoda, the temple is famous for its large white Buddha statue, which sits atop the mountain crest and can be seen from anywhere in town.
– Visit Dam Market, where you can buy local specialities with affordable prices.
– Take some memorable pictures at Chong Rock – an icon of Nha Trang.
12:30PM Enjoy lunch on the way returning to Da Lat City.

Day 4: Vinwonders | Overnight in Nha Trang (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Have your free time relaxing on the beach or at the swimming pool of hotel.

11:30AM: After lunch, take the cable cars to Vinpearland island – one of the place is viewed as “paradise travel and entertainment” at Nha Trang city with longest cable car around the world (3320m sealine).

Visit Aquarium Vinpearland remarkable human fish shows.
Visit Water Park.
Watching 4D film.

Morning – Have breakfast in hotel

Start the cruise and discover Nha Trang Bay by high- Speed canoe, Tourists enjoy the opportunity to admire the panoramic beauty of Nha Trang Bay (one of the 29 most beautiful bays in the world)
Coral Island where is the habitat of more than 350 species of coral and 190 color fishes. Tourists can swim or dive with scuba tank to explore the ocean world, admire the beauty of coral reefs and many fishes (cost excluded)
Fishing Village – Tourists can visit the largest cage system for aquaculture in Nha Trang Bay and have lunch and You can enjoy fresh seafood on floating restaurants (at extra cost).
Tam Island ( mud bath and hot spring ) – According to scientific researches, natural mud and mineral water are rich in energy and mineral ingredients, dissolved gas and radon should that are good for the nervous system, heart, arthrosis and beautiful skin.
