How to exchange a voucher

If your booking is confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone as soon as you book and one day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you during that time, please contact the tour operator via the phone number on your voucher.
If you choose hotel pick-up service, please enter your hotel name and room number and other important information in the “Special Requests” box before payment.
When the vehicle arrives to pick you up, please present the valid confirmation email from Let’s Fly Travel on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

Only schedule changes are supported 7 days before the official departure date. Please contact the hotline 1900.63.63.32 for assistance from Let’s Fly Travel.

Refund Policy

Request a refund no later than 10 days before your selected date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 10 days before the selected departure date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, wallet discount vouchers, or unique code bank transfer fees.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with the refund.

General Information

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and customers will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date.
Guests will be able to choose to change the tour departure date.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader
The schedule may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes after the guide arrives, you will not be able to join the tour and your reservation will be canceled.
Transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace these services with similar services based on availability, type, and standards specified in the route.
Meals and menus are subject to availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs.
However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals in the program meet your special diet.

Day 2

Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant, explore Puppy Farm – Japanese strawberry garden – Tomato garden – Experience Jeep ride to conquer Langbiang mountain (self-paid).

Afternoon: Visit Dalat Railway Station – Linh Phuoc Pagoda.

Evening: Have dinner at the restaurant, visit/participate in the Tay Nguyen Gong Exchange (self-paid).

Day 3

Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant, check-in Mongo Land (self-paid) – Coffee farm – Me Linh Cafe (self-paid)

Lunch: Have lunch at the restaurant, visit Chuon Chuon Tourist Area, Vong Canh Tower – Bee Garden – Linh An Tu Pagoda.

Day 1: Pick Up at Lien Khuong Airport – Explore Dalat, City of Flowers

Noon: The vehicle and guide from Let’s Fly Travel will welcome you at Lien Khuong Airport. Begin your exciting 4-day, 3-night Da Lat Tour.

Afternoon: The vehicle will take you on the journey to continue the 4-day, 3-night Dalat Tour, exploring Bali Gate (Green Hills) – a paradise for “million view” check-ins, offering breathtaking views of Dalat’s sky and landscape. Enjoy countless beautiful spots where you can take stunning photos, including birdhouses, coffee shops, and swings.

The tour continues to the Da Lat City Flower Garden – a stunning location resembling a “fairyland” filled with colorful flowers. You will admire fragrant flower clusters and the marvelous scenery. Don’t forget to capture vibrant moments in this colorful flower paradise. Alternatively, you can choose to visit the Valley of Love (self-paid).

The Hydrangea Garden boasts a poetic and romantic beauty with large vibrant blossoms. The flower field is surrounded by green pine hills, creating a cool and fresh environment. The tranquil scenery, filled with blooming hydrangeas, will allow you to feel completely relaxed.

4:30 PM: The vehicle and guide will take you back to the hotel to rest.

Day 2: Visit Puppy Farm – Langbiang Mountain – Dalat Railway Station – Linh Phuoc Pagoda

Morning: After enjoying breakfast at the restaurant, the vehicle and guide will continue your 4-day, 3-night Dalat Tour.

Puppy Farm is home to adorable puppies and other cute animals such as miniature horses and rabbits, attracting many pet lovers. You can freely take pictures with friendly puppies and even enjoy a colorful inflatable slide while taking in the expansive flower fields.

In addition to puppy farming, Puppy Farm also grows various produce such as strawberries and baby tomatoes. You can witness the process of cultivating flowers, vegetables, and fruits using modern technology, and taste some samples to take home as souvenirs.

Afternoon: Continuing your journey, the guide from Let’s Fly Travel will take you to explore the Dalat Railway Station, the most beautiful station in Indochina, featuring unique architectural style. This is the only place that retains a steam locomotive from ancient times. Be sure to dress nicely to take impressive photos here.

The final destination in the 4-day, 3-night Dalat Tour is Linh Phuoc Pagoda (also known as Bottle Pagoda), distinguished by its grounds decorated with unique mosaic pieces made from pottery, porcelain, and bottles. The pagoda includes the main hall, Quan The Am shrine, a stupa, and the 18-level hell area.
