How to exchange a voucher

If your booking has been confirmed, the tour operator will contact you by phone 1 day before the tour starts.
If the tour operator does not contact you within this time frame, please contact the tour operator using the phone number provided on your voucher.
If you choose the hotel pickup service, please enter your hotel name, room number, and other important information in the “Special Requests” field before making the payment.
Please be present at the pickup location at the specified time. If you are not on time at the pickup point, you will not be allowed to join the tour and your booking will be canceled. If the tour operator agrees and there is availability on another date, you may request to reschedule for another tour date.
When the vehicle arrives, please present your valid Let’s Fly Travel confirmation email on your phone to the staff.

Rescheduling Policy

You can change your travel date. Please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for assistance with rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before your selected travel date to receive a 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refunded if you request a refund less than 24 hours before the selected travel date.
The final refund amount will not include service fees, discount vouchers, and/or unique bank transfer fees.
To cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact Let’s Fly Travel’s hotline at 1900.63.63.32 for refund assistance.

In the event of bad weather, the tour may be canceled, and guests will be notified at least 1 day before the tour departure date. Guests will have the option to change their tour date.
The shared tour will include other guests.
Regardless of the type of tour, you must adhere to the schedule and instructions of the tour leader.
The itinerary may change due to external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.

Transportation and meals may change. The tour operator will substitute these services with similar ones based on availability, type, and standards specified in the itinerary.
Meals and menus may change based on availability. The tour operator will do their best to prepare fresh dishes that can meet everyone’s needs. However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals provided will accommodate your special dietary requirements.

DAY 1: VISIT FAMOUS LANDMARKS IN PHU YEN

Morning: The vehicle and guide from Let’s Fly Travel will pick you up at the agreed meeting point.
Start your exciting 2-day, 1-night Phu Yen tour. Along the coastal road, you will enjoy the poetic scenery of Central Vietnam with its white sandy beaches, blue sea, and majestic mountain ranges.

11:00 AM: The group arrives in Phu Yen and has lunch at a restaurant featuring delicious dishes rich in Central Vietnam flavors. After lunch, the group will return to the hotel to rest.

Afternoon: Begin your tour with prominent landmarks that reflect the culture and beauty of Phu Yen:

Mang Lang Church is one of the oldest churches in Vietnam. It holds not only religious significance but also preserves the first book written in Quoc Ngu. The ancient architecture, combined with the serene natural surroundings, creates a setting that is both solemn and peaceful.

Ganh Da Dia is one of the unique natural wonders. The stacked stones create a magnificent sight. The clear blue sea and the jet-black rocks form a stunning natural picture. This is definitely a must-visit spot for those who want to capture beautiful moments.

The group will stop at Dam O Loan—a scenic site known for its peaceful and vast beauty. Not only famous for its scenery, but it also offers fresh seafood. The tranquil view of the lagoon, combined with the golden afternoon sunlight, creates a picturesque natural landscape that you won’t forget.

This is a famous market in Phu Yen, offering a variety of specialties such as “Bo Mot Nang” (sun-dried beef) and “Muoi Kien Vang” (golden ant salt). You can choose to purchase these as gifts for family and friends.
